Foundation Communities: Prosper Center
Foundation Communities' Benefits Assistance program connects families in the Austin and Williamson County area with trained enrollment specialists who help them apply for and renew government benefits like SNAP, Medicaid, CHIP, and more. Completely free of charge.
The Charlie Center
The Charlie Center is Northwest Austin's only homeless navigation center. Connecting individuals experiencing homelessness to healthcare, housing resources, and the consistent human dignity they deserve while working toward a permanent home.
Foundation Communities: Children’s Home Initiative
Foundation Communities provides affordable housing paired with intensive case management for families in Austin who are overcoming barriers like homelessness, low income, negative rental history, or poor credit — giving them a stable foundation to rebuild their lives.
Heroes Resource Center
Heroes Resource Center is a Cedar Park-based nonprofit dedicated to serving veterans, service members, and their families with free peer support, counseling, benefits assistance, financial aid, and community events in a safe and welcoming environment.
Drive a Senior Northwest
Drive a Senior Northwest provides free transportation and support services to seniors in Cedar Park, Leander, and Northwest Austin. Helping seniors live independently at home longer while staying connected to healthcare, nutrition, and their community.
