You Were Made to Make a Difference

Every person who walks through our doors, whether they're looking for help or looking to give it, brings something unique with them. At CRC, we believe that the skills, passions, and spiritual gifts you've been given aren't an accident. They were meant to be used for something bigger than yourself. Volunteering here isn't just about filling a need: it's about discovering what you were put here to do and doing it in a community of people who are just as passionate about it as you are.
Serving at CRC connects your unique gifts and talents directly to the families and ministries that need them most
You'll grow personally and spiritually in ways that go far beyond the hours you spend on campus
You'll be part of a community of volunteers who show up for each other just as much as they show up for others
Every Ministry. Every Skill Set. Every Schedule.

Open Volunteer Opportunities Across Our Campus

CRC's Most Meaningful Volunteer Role

Become a Resource Partner

The Resource Partner role is the heartbeat of what CRC does every single day. As the first touchpoint of hope for families in need, Resource Partners sit with clients, listen to their story, and personally connect them to the resources that will change their trajectory. This isn't a task — it's a relationship. And if you have a heart for people and a desire to serve in a way that actually makes a lasting difference, this role was made for you.
Commit to a 6-month term serving a minimum of twice a month in 3-hour shifts
Connect with your clients twice a month through a personal phone call to check in and follow up
Complete the Walking With Others training to equip you for meaningful, compassionate client care
Join fellow Resource Partners for a community breakfast once a quarter to share, grow, and recharge together
No Experience Necessary

Tell Us About Yourself and We'll Find Your Place
